anyone have experience with manibal laptops? nice deal..

Malibal is a rebranded Clevo actually built by Sager (kinda odd). IMHO you're better off going with xoticpc or LPC-Digital. Both have excellent reps and customer service. Swing on over to the Notebookreview.com forums. I'm the same username there and join the Sager forums there. You'll get lots of good info there. If you go with the Sager NP8130, it has the i7-2630QM, GTX 460m, 8GB RAM, 1080p 15" screen, and costs about $200 less. Only difference is the NP8150 has more upgrade options because of the beefier power supply. The 8150 has a rubberized finish like the Asus G73, but 8130 has a plastic chassis.

I have a question, first i assume the "glassview" display is glossy?

Second, is there an estimate on battery life? I know it is 77Wh but how long does it last?

Thanks.

Very nice to see companies get involved with their user community! Kudos to you all.

I have more of a request than a question. I think many of us would love to see AnandTech review your laptops. You should really consider sending over a couple demo units 🙂

We have definitely considered sending in a notebook for review. In fact, I think you'll see one of our systems on AnandTech in the near future. 🙂
