I've been collecting dead ipods (i've got 6 right now, with 1 more on the way, and want to send them off to see if i can get those 7 turned into two or three working ones. (there are, i think, two working hard drives in the lot, but i'm not too sure, there is just too much for me to test on my own). I like the sound of ipodmods.com because they'll also offer you money for them if they can't be repaired...
