To be honest, I didn't even know there was this much of a market out there. But after some research I'm seeing that you can literally pick up an Iphone clone directly from Hong Kong for like $100 - $ 119 shipped. Anyone have experience with these? Even has a 1 yr warranty....

Youtube of an older model that I can get for $ 100: here

Pretty official looking website recommended to me: Lighteninginthebox.com

Just curious on some feedback. LMK

A buddy at work has one and seems pretty happy with it. He is not a big tech guy so just the basic functions and hasn't had any complaints I can think of. If memory serves he paid around $200.

I haven't heard many good things about the clones unfortunately. Even the video you posted noted: "Not the best phone. Stars from 1-5.. 2. It isnt really very user friendly."

Yeah, but can yo go wrong w/ some pretty cool features for $ 100?! I mean that's a disposable phone. Toss it or resell it for $ 50 in a year if you don't like it, lol. Pretty cool to have all the apps and features .......and touch screen.

Unfortunately you can. :(

Part of the reason the iPhone is so popular is that it's wildly easy to use, very smooth in its presentation and has tons of apps to accomplish nearly anything you can imagine.

The clone's are kinda missing out on all three, which IMO, would sway me away to a phone with better features.

Just my $0.02

Getting one is just to let people think you have a iPhone so they think you're cool.

I am going to stick a Crit sticky to your nuts for that, next time we play TF2 together ;)

Honestly, I don't want to be cool. I want to mess with a feature rich phone that is touch screen that I don't have to pay $ 300 for..... Do you have any other idea/options? This is $105 w/ 2 batteries, 2 chargers, etc......
