Anyone have experience with Intel Xeon boards using SMB chips?

I'm trying to locate an image of a motherboard using Intel's Scalable Memory Interface / Scalable Memory Buffers, or information about such boards. Curious about where the actual chips are located relative to the CPU, chipset and DIMM slots.
