Actually I found out out you have to contact the reseller. The reseller in this case is Fry's. Anyone have experiences they would like to share? I thought it would be like sending back a hard drive where you just deal with the manufacturer.

If it is within 30 days of purchase you need to contact the reseller unless MSI has changed their policies since I last RMA'd a motherboard. If the purchase is older than 30 days, you need to call or contact MSI and get an RMA number from them after you give them your information. Ship them the board at your expense, use a trackable shipper like UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority. Wait a while and they'll send you a fixed/replacement motherboard.

I did this about a year and a half ago and the only problem was MSI's turnaround time. They were quite slow and I had to call them once to kind of nudge them along in the process to get a new board sent to me. My FDD controller went belly up on my MSI 694D Pro.
