I have looked around ( google, driverguide, and here ) and found nothing. It is very hard, as the part has no markings as to who made it. It just has @home networking adaptor printed on it.
I have the CD at home so I can't browse it right now as a reference, but if I remember correctly the adapter only has drivers for Windows 98 so I couldn't get it working under 2000. Tell me what OS you are running and I'll see what I can do.
