I do, though I got it relatively cheap since it was used. Anyway, the analog outs are extremely crisp and detailed, especially when paired with "real" speakers and amplifiers. It will "own" any "consumer-class" sound card out there, at least, in stereophonic playback. In my case, even the critically-acclaimed, prosumer-class Turtle Beach Santa Cruz felt quite lacking(i.e. detail, crispness, reproduction) in comparison. For the games part, as long as it's DirectX compliant, you shouldn't have any problem. Though I reckon there will be some performance hit(especially in FPS games) as it doesn't do the sound API in hardware ala Soundblaster Live/Audigy series. From what I've gathered in various sources from the 'Net, it rates very highly for professional applications(i.e. which is what it was designed for in the first place). It provides a really clean and virtually noise-free recording and in fact, some of the "audiophile-grade" CD's were mastered using its predecessor, the Card D Plus. Now, the question really is, what do you plan on using it for? Cheers!
