Anyone have ASUS P4B266 Mobo?

I am looking at getting the Asus P4B266-C Mobo from Newegg and was curious if anyone had it and what they thought? I am going to run a P4 1.6A w/ 512 DDR RAM....Let me know what you think....thanks

I have one. The P4B266-C does not have USB2 and lacks one DIMM. I have the retail version from Mwave.com and it's great. Zero problems.
