just curious what you try (sucking candies, drinking lots of water, anything of that sort)...

edit: i don't smoke, and this isn't about weight-loss. it's about practicality in the middle of the night :p

wouldn't sucking candies be eating?

I recommend soluble fiber.

it's not a question about self-image. it's mostly a general question that i had been thinking about as i don't have much food here and don't want to make a stir fry with what i DO have at 1:30am. :p

have someone kick you in the nuts. Trust me, you won't be worried about eating for a while.

I imagine that'd be rather difficult...

Water is worth a shot. Could also have something small & healthy like a small salad, some cottage cheese, etc.

Rub above your stomach in small circular motions. Right in that hollow upside-down V beneath your ribcage. Use a fair amount of pressure. This is sworn by by many.

just go to bed. If it's the middle of the night, you don't need to be eating. The hungry feeling is your fat burning! That's a good thing, if you actually have extra fat to burn of course! Then when you wake up, have a nice healthy but hearty breakfast! :)
