Anyone have any problems connecting to the forums?

For some reason my friend can't connect to forums.anandtech.com or subscriber.anandtech.com. He keeps getting a "TCP_ERROR". He said he has used Mozilla and IE6 on 3 different computers, with 3 different connections (networks), and he has deleted all cookies. He can go to Anandtech.com, but when he tries to login to the forums, it gives that error...

Anyone have any ideas?
