so i am building a linux box. or well just a general 2nd computer.
figured i'd completely buck the trend and go intel and btx.
seems it doesnt even really cost more just less selection, basically i'm picking up a $56 + shipping chenbro case + psu (basically the only decent case on the market) some intel board, and some cheap ddr2 and a lga775 chip (i guess there is so many extra 256mb ddr2 chips pulled from dells that you can get 4 on ebay for about $65 total, and p4 530 chips are easy to get under $110 which means they cost less than)
so anyone built one before? any huge drawbacks since i cant think of any right now outside of heat. who would have thunk it.
