Anyone have any luck with an AN7

I have been through 3 sets of RAM and I still can't hit 200 FBS..... If I run MemTEST @ 200 FBS my memory errors out. My First was PC2700 2 x 256 Cruicail, 2nd set was 2 x 256 PC 3500 HyperX BH5, and my 3rd I got from Hardcorecooling.com 2 x 512 Here Each time my memory errors out. If I go 190 no errors at all.
