i had a C400 and i brought it up to 95 * 6 without any problems. i was not able to boot it at 100 * 6 though. i was oc-ing it with an abit bh6. oh yes, i upped the voltage slightly as well, though i cannot remember by how much.
I had a celeron 400 OC'ed to 600 @ default voltage... no problems, in fact, i'm thinking about putting it back into my lan box to see if i can tweak it higher = )
Probably need to bump the voltage. I had a 400 running at 600 on my BM6 mainboard a long time ago. I had to run the voltage at 2.2v but was totally stable.
