Anyone have any info. on pc-150 ram by mushkin and kingmax?

I'm in the market for some ram, and the kingmax deal looks real good. $138 for 128meg pc-150 would go great in my kt7 with the 800 t-bird.
But I want to know if this is good ram...or is it too good to be true?
 
Kingmax is known to clock pretty high, pc133 is guarenteed at 160MHz. I am running TBGA now at 13x, 12x or 11x pc133 at cas2. The problem with Kingmax is that it only is guarenteed to run cas2 with pc133 up to 100MHz and cas3 at 133MHz. I am pretty surprised I am able to run cas2 at my settings. I would think that pc150 would only run cas2 at 133MHz.
