You aren't supposed to have difficulties taking rubbers off. If you have to just wait for your wood to go down. Otherwise you might want to rethink how you are putting them on to have such difficulty taking it off.

I can tell no true table tennis player here...just peel it off slowly, starting from one corner, rubber, foam and all...they should come off fairly easy.
