Anyone have any idea when Nintendo Network is coming to 3DS?

It's been driving me crazy for awhile. I've tried searching in Google and the most recent news I can find is January, and everyone knows that a lot can happen in two months.

Has anyone heard anything more regarding when (or if) the NN will be coming to 3DS? It would be so much better than using those annoying friend codes (which are admittedly better on 3DS than they were on DS or Wii).
