Anyone have any idea how the change the icons in IE? Pic Provided

I am wanting to customize my IE to the fullest, and I googled for a way how but could not find it, so I will try here.

I have tried looking around for little image files that IE referencesn to put there, but they are nowhere in the Program Files/Internet Explorer/ directory to what I found.

I guess what I ws getting at is that I wanted to replace the icons with something even smaller, but from all those links for it to work correctly they have to be 17x17 or 64x64.

I wanted just text, or smaller images
