Anyone have any horror stories about computers you've built for other people?

I build computers on the side to make some extra money (as I'm sure alot of you do) and I was just curious if anyone has had a customer that was an absolute nightmare to deal with. What I mean by that is, having someone either threaten legal action if things don't go their way, or maybe someone that expects you to fix their computer for free for the life of the system, etc.... So far I haven't had any horror stories myself, but I tell ya this system I built for someone last summer has me worried. It took me a month to get the stupid system up and running and while the customer was cool (they didn't care how long it took, and seemed to be fairly pleasant) I just can't shake this bad feeling that I have about this system. I've heard through the grapevine that this person's been having problems with their system so I'm expecting a call within a few days, and for some reason I'm fearing that things are going to go right down the crapper.

I built a computer for a friend. I assembled it completely in my apartment using one of my hard drives temporarily. I get it up and running and everything works. I go to his place, put it together in his case, and then add his hard drive. It doesn't POST anymore. 2 hours later, I got it working. All I did was jiggle wires around. For 2 hours. And for some strange reason it started working. I hate computers. :)
