Anybody out there use virtual channel SDRAM? Is it a worthy upgrade from CL2 PC133 SDRAM or a waste of time and money?

About a -1 to +3% performance boost. In the rare situations in can be a bit slower then regular PC133, in most situations it is minutely faster. Definitely not worth the extra money IMHO.
