Anyone have any experience with the A88/HiPhone?

My friend is thinking of getting one since they can be found for $150 or less on ebay

I know their a chinese knock-off of the IPhone but are they reliable?

Well, the review from that link says:

Can be used in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa (CANNOT BE USED IN USA and Canada)

So I personally wouldn't risk it.

Yeah it's only dualband. Doesn't support American GSM frequencies.

you sure its dual band? Everything I see say tri band
