Anyone Have Any Experience With Palisades Saftey & Insurance?

As you may recall from a previous thread some lady hit my car last week. Well, I got a call from her insurance company today. So what kind of company am I dealing with her? Is this one of those cheap companies that is gonna really try to screw me or are they pretty decent (at least as far as insurance companies go). Thanks for the input.

EDIT: Forgot to add that it seems this company only operates in New Jersey.
