Anyone have any experience with Bath Fitter?

These are the guys that install an acrylic or fiberglass shell over your existing bath/shower, etc.

THey any good? Is the build quality good? WHat are the prices like? Cheaper than having someone re-tile and re-grout?

As a general comment, unless you're absolutely positive that the bathroom's structure is in good shape, I wouldn't do it. You could have some very serious problems under the surface that will require you to rip out the new shower a few years down the road, wasting your investment.

As for Bath Fitter's quality/reputation, I have no comment.
