they make some fairly impressive claims with respect to speed of cpu supoprted and the low noise levels of their fans and prices for the Arctic Cooling Slim Silent Pro TC are under £15/$20!
i want a cheap upgrade for the stock hsf on a 2100+ this sounds like a good buy but wonder if they are really as quiet as they claim [i could live without it being absolutely silent but needs to be a significant improvement over the stock setup]
if not then i guess i will have to source a cheap supplier for thermalright sk7 and panaflow l1a which ships to canada or uk.....
