You claim to understand the inner workings of the US Govt and big oil and their plan to secretly screw the whole country but have to ask about this?

I see crap like this on Careerbuilder.com a lot also.

"Work from home make $1200 a week, blah blah blah"

Scams, and I'm surprised how much they go unchecked on those kind of sites.
 
I'd be willing to bet that this is just one of those remailing scams where some scammer in Nigeria "hires" a US resident to accept payments for them, so the people they're scamming don't get worried when they're wiring $1000 to Nigeria.

I'm pretty sure Monster.com has a warning about these kind of jobs anyway.
