Anyone have an excel spreadsheet of their weight lifting schedule?

I'm currently tweaking my weight lifting routine and I would like to find a good excel template to use. Anyone out there have a good one?
 
Just make one yourself?

I have mine split up into days, and each day lists the body part and excercise, and number of sets x number of reps. I then list the weight done for each excercise per week. I have a second worksheet with notes about what I can do better or if I got a good workout in for that day or whatnot
 
Powerlifting USA magazine prints a different 8-14 week workout
plan every month that's perfect for a spreadsheet.

but, they're for one of the 3 powerlifting lifts, not a general workout.

I have a powerlifting one that centers around Squats, D.Lifts, and Bench (with weekends off) if interested. I have it on home comp, shoot me a PM.
