Your local office supply stores should have 'em, I have one made by Belkin and it works just fine HomeBrewerDude :)

I bought a 400 watt inverter at Costco to use for my automotive needs. That way, I don't need a cell phone charger, laptop charger, adapter for this, adapter for that...

decent metal cased inverter with enough watts to cover your device. don't get the cheapie junk "laptop" specific ones that are rated for 50watts or whatever. those are for suckers.

Most of the car inverters (non-laptop specific) don't seem to come with an airline adapter, which I guess makes sense. They are not necessarily for "suckers". Not all airlines use a standard socket, so a car inverter may not work. In addition, very few laptops draw the 300-1000 peak watts the dedicated inverters provide. A peak of 150w in the el cheapo inverters is sufficient in most cases.

You mean something like this? Nope, haven't seen them, don't have any I am about to list in FS/T. ;) I do have and use one, and haven't noticed any problems with it.

I have a cheapo 90 watt inverter I bought at RadioShack years and years ago. It works great. It only has a single plug but the only thing I use it for is my notebook. Luckily my car has two power points in the front passenger compartment (one below the electronic climate control and one just below the glove box).

many companies sell these that do not require an inverter.

It makes no sense to invert then transform the power if you don't have too.

If you have a Dell you can just check under parts/accessories for your model. They are called air kits I think.
