I think that would most likely make me want to go to the toilet.

I have in the past used a hot toddy when I really couldn't sleep.
 
costco has these body pillows... i kind of lean on it.. hard to explain.. it's hard for me to sleep when im not leaning against something... my so... the wall.. whatever
