anyone have a vantec fce hsf

after a month of loving the temps it gave the fan became to load for my taste thinking of putting the ys fan on are the any reviews with it on the heatsink or maybe someone has done this and can give me some info "cpu temp"?

I'm running a Vantec FCE-62540D too. I HAD to pull the fan that came with it also, it was just TOO LOUD. I replaced mine with an ADDA 60mm fan. It's nice and quiet now. And still does a great job cooling.
The clip is very easy to fasten. And by this HS being so LARGE it also makes it easy to lapp

All in all, there may be fancier, colder cooling HS/Fan combos out there. But for the price, it's hard to beat.

[Edit] My CPU temp is very good. Now all I have to do is cool this Voodoo5 down somehow. Even overclocking a P3 650 @ 910, it's my video card that's the "heat generator" in my case.
