Does anyone have the Soyo P4I865PE Plus Dragon 2 motherboard? If so, is it good? is Soyo good?

I'd go with the abit is7 ($93 newegg). The abit boards work well with many different brands of memory. Asus boards can be picky sometimes, and their bios can give you false error messages such as "cpu not installed" with their flaky voice hardware monitor.

Why not go to a good reseller like Newegg?

You can get same mobo with FedEx Super Saver plus free pen or clock for $5 AR.
