Anyone have a Slingbox?

I saw the Slingbox today at Best Buy and thought it would be totally sweet to watch my DirecTV on my Cingular Blackjack. I didn't buy it though because I'm skeptical of how watchable it would be over the EDGE network.

So I asking if anyone has used Slingplayer on their phone with an EDGE connection. I would like an opinion or two.

I was also curious to see if someone would let me connect up to their Slingbox temporarly to try it out on my phone. That would be really nice!

I know it works great on EV-DO Rev A thru verizon on my 700w 😀

Would be better on a HSPDA connection though I bet 😛

It'll probably be meh over EDGE. Definitely better over HSDPA or EV-DO
