My favorite was served at the Rusty Duck restaurant in Sacramento (sorry, no recipe) called Firepot Shark. They used thresher shark in the rceipe. What kind of shark do you have? Each has it's own flavor, and works best witth different recipes.

It doesn't say what type of shark it is. I have never had shark before, I just like trying new things.
