I'm pretty sure this is legal... I know there are sites out there that have them, but they have like 10000's... is anyone else who has already sifted through them willing to email me a .zip of them?

Yeah there's a lot but its worth it to look through them. Or actually on that site you can just see what is most popular, and there's screenshots of games. BASIC games suck (for the most part), so goto the assembly games, and Ion is the shell you want unless somethings changed in the past few but it's still good nonetheless and there's tons of games. I got Bust-a-move, Super Mario, and Bubble Bobble, among others. Not the greatest, but good enough to kill time in-I mean between classes.
I doubt it. I looked at the 83+ Silver on TI's site and the main upgrade appears to be more FLASH memory, a sh*t ton of it actually, but the 83+ has a decent amount of RAM and flash already for quite a few apps/games. It also says faster processor but who knows! Pretty much any game that works on the 83+ will work on the 83, except ones that are too large for the RAM or actually are FLASH programs (not that many) so they are probably alll capable of the same level of games.
