Starting to train for the tough mudder, not much of a runner, but my endurance has increased from Crossfit quite a bit in the last 3 months.

I have shoes to fit the sensor already so was looking at the Nike Watch with GPS to start tracking stuff, anyone have any feedback on it?

I would read the reviews on that watch. I was debating between a Nike + watch and a Garmin 110. I ended up going with the 110 due to what I read about the Nike + watch. While it is way more attractive that the Garmin, it isn't as reliable or functional. I also like that I can upload my Garmin activities to other sites, like RunKeeper, to track my runs. Another knock on the Nike + watch is the website you use to upload your data, I hear it's kinda crappy.

As a long time user of the iPod Nano and now IPhone GPS app, the Nike+ website has improved dramatically over the years as has the app on the phone. I have been thinking about the watch as well. Reviews for it when it first came out were not positive, but they have gotten a lot better as the firmware and website have improved. It is still on my radar.

That being said, I have always heard decent things about the Garmin products. This idea of having a more open data as mentioned by the previous poster is very appealing instead if hedging your bets on the Nike+ site.
