Looking at something that I can easly keep my contacts and calender.

The reviews seem to be very mixed.

Also Cingular said that Wirefly only sells refurbs (Wirefly's site does not say one way or the other)

Most every cell phone will keep your contacts and calendar. Unless you're dead set on the Moto, I'd recommend looking at alternatives. I have Nokia 6230 and love it. Syncs with Outlook, MP3 player, FM radio, Bluetooth, Infrared, awsome battery life.

That looks pretty sweet but is $100 more.

Basically my requirements are:
1. PIM sync (contact & Calender)
2. Bluetooth
3. Flip Phone Form (HIGHLY WANT BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER)
4. Cingular

I had 3 of these (no joke) from Cingular, and all 3 ended up crapping out on me within a month. Whenever people called me, they would just hear a loud shreiking noise.

After complaining for like 10 hours, they upgraded me to a RAZR and I'm finally happy.

I got a V3 from Wirefly, and it was not a Refurb. I think Cingular just wants you to buy from them.

How long ago was that?

It seems in reading the reviews the ones that are 9 month old hate them and the newer ones are mixed

I had an MPX200 and binned it cos it was so slow. Took about a minute to switch on...

SMS, call quality and signal strentgh were good but that was about it.
