Anyone have a monitor that does more than 1920x1440?

Wow 1920x1440 on a 17" monitor is small. I can hardly read this.

If you have a monitor that does more than 1920x1440 (wider specifically), please PM me. I want to make a copy of this pic that's in some sort of flash type application, but I need to do a printscreen and the pic still won't fit entirely on my screen at 1920x1440. Thanks!

What are you trying to do? Just do "print screen", then paste to an image program.

Right, but the pic still doesn't fit on the screen at 1920x1440. ;)

And yes, it is microscopic.

1920x1200 is nice on a 15.4" laptop screen, so I doubt it is microscopic on a 17" CRT.

I had a guy PM saying he can do 2048 so I'll see if that is wide enough. Are there even any video cards that can output more than 2048?

I don't believe I've ever seen a even somewhat regular consumer card do more than 2048x1536 under specs, if any! My 900NF can do 2048x1536 I believe, not bad for a 19", but 16x12 is a much more usuable spot.

Get a hold of one of those Apple 30" users, those displays can do 2560x1600.

Or better yet the IBM T221 at 3840x2400, now that is some serious high res action.

Uhm, download and use a "virtual desktop" tool, and set the desktop size to larger? :p

I thought if you do a <print screen> you'll get the whole image even though it's larger than your screen? You can use a screen grabber like SnagIt and try that.

Get yourself multiple video cards and span it accross multiple monitors.
