Anyone have a link to Visiontek's RMA Policy/Warranty Service?

I emailed tech support at Visiontek a week ago and no repsonse. The GF3 TI200 I got during the Thanksgiving BB (or around there) deal died on me. I'm getting green lines down the screen and red letters and dots here and there. I tried it in another rig, same thing.

Anyone know how to get service on Visiontek cards?
 
Never mine it seems the guys in the video forum are having a helluva hard time getting an RMA....wonderful
