anyone have a Lexmark Z43 printer?

i just bought this printer today, and it keeps saying it's out of paper when i fill it up, and when i push the print feed button, it tries to feed the paper, but it doesnt work, anyone know how i can fix this please?

make sure you got all the styrofoam packaging out of the printer--you basically have to tear the thing apart to find it all...
 
Call 1 800 LEXMARK

They will walk you through fixing it up. If not, they will express you out another printer.

I've dealt a lot with their customer support as a dealer, and it is usually very very good

oh ok thanks, i called but theyre open from 9am til 9pm, so i'll call tomorrow
