Storm Thorgerson said that he was going to have both male and female backs (I have pictures of the drawings), but he said that having only female backs looked better because it is more uniformed.

if i'm not mistaken, that's not a picture anyway, but some digital art. (or maybe a picture of a painting)

in any case, it wouldnt cause too much distortion to start with that image (it is reasonably high already) and pump it up, run some filters, and call it high res.

it's like 20some x 15some.... i used the 1024x768 host, and ran some filters. if anyone wants to check my work, there it is.
