I just got back from New Mexico and I have a hankering for Green Chili Stew.

Anyone have a good recipe?

Also, where can I get the green chilis from on-line?

I arrived in Albuquerque on Wednesday. Walked around Old Town and then had lunch at Little Anitas. Took the tram ride up the mountain, had a beer with a guy I met on the tram and then went back to the hotel.

Had a business meeting on Thursday.

Got up early on Friday and drove north through Jemez. Stopped at some Indian ruins and then went to the hot springs for a soak. Drove up to Bandlier and did some hiking. Stopped at the Bradbury Museum in Los Alamos and then went to Chimayo. Stopped at the Sanctuary and gift shop and then drove to Taos. Had dinner and a beer at the brew pub. Sayed at Inger Jirby Guesthouse.

Saturday go t up early and walked around town. Visited Kit Carson Park. Went to the Milliicent Rodgers Museum and the Taos Pueblo. Went to watch belly dancing with Inger and her friend.

Sunday drove to Ojo Caliente for another soak in the hot springs. Came back to Taos and visited the Harwood Museum and the Blumenshien museum. Went back to Taos Puebl to watch a traditional native American dance. Had dinner at the Trading Post Cafe and then drove to Santa Fe.

Monday I walked around the plaza and then headed to Canyon Road. Walked up and down Canyon Road visiting the galleries. Had lunch at Santa Cafe and La Casa Sena (I was hungry). Bought some jewelry from the street vendors. Had a fish Taco at the Shed.

Tuesday I headed back home.

How did I do?
