Anyone have a Enermax 350W "Super Noise Control"?

I'm looking for a new, QUIET PSU. I can get a good 300W that is below 25 dBa, but I think 300W may not be enough when I upgrade this summer. So I'm looking at the Enermax 350W. It does have "Super Noise Control" after the name but HOW quiet is it? I don't know why but I have a feeling it's quite loud =)

IMO it isn't loud at all... but since i consider delta fans quiet.. my opinion doesn't count...

but according my friends who actually owned the 350W model (i got the new 460W model) the noise it generates is equal to those of a portable mini vacuum cleaner... it is even more noisy when you remove the finger guard....
