Anyone have a CUBX and Promise Fastrak66 working properly?

Just installed a CUBX with P800e and a promise fastrak66 in RAID 0 with two IBM hd's. After booting up I find that the C drive is running in MS DOS compatibility mode rather than 32 bit mode file system. As a result, the fastrak drivers cannot be recognized properly and I am experiencing poorer disk performance. I read through the fastrak FAQ guide at the promise website and they have an extensive discussion about this issue. Tried all their suggestions to no avail but before I give them a call, I wanted to know if anyone else has gotten this combo to work? Thanks for any info.
