Anyone have a clue why this car is selling for 12K+ less than is should be?

I looked this car up and it should go anywhere from $49K to $54.

I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong unless:

a) The CARFAX is a fake

b) It was seized in a raid

c) the owner is crazy

Seems about right for todays market. Even a new 911 Carrera is selling for.

New C4S are going for about 4k over invoice. Basically there are too many of them flooding the market place....
