anyone have a clie nx70v?

I currently have a peg-s300 and bought this new clie. how do i put my user info into the new clie? do i copy the user folder someplace else, uninstall the old software, install the new software and copy the folder back into the new place and sync it? will that work? also, does anyone have info about how to watch movies on this thing as i've heard that's possible. thanks
