Anyone have a chromebook flip and an android wear watch?

Curious if Android wear works on a chromebook, and you could pair a watch to it

It looks like there is beta support in chrome for running android apps on chromebooks. Setting up a watch looks feesable. However you are not likely to get any app interaction for things like notifications for email and facebook. You could run android wear to do the initial setup, and install android wear apps, but you arnt running Gapps, nore are you running android so native hooks for relaying notifications and such arn't there.

The ASUS Chromebook Flip C100PA RBRKT07 and the Moto 360 do not complete the pairing process. Not sure why.

Android Wear 2.0 is worst it will not work with tablet anymore. Wear 1.5 is perfect. LG G Pad paired with LG Watch Urbane worked fine on both Wear1.5 and 2.0 BUT 2.0 had some problems with LG tablet. Have to sell my watch
