Anyone have a Charles Schwab Checking account?

Recently got a Charles Scwhab INvestor One checking account that offers free ATM from anywhere. I made a few withdraws and acepted the fees under the impression that it would be credited the fees back by the bank. But as of now i haven't received any money back (my earliest withdrawl being 3/03). How long does this usually take? Is this a once per month thing or should i be calling to ask what's going on

Chill out, it's not even the end of March. It's once per month.
