anyone have a burping problem?

in the past week i've gotten this bad burping problem. not loud burping but lots of little burps after eating or standing up. like maybe 30-40 a minute. i googled it and other people have it but they say all their tests come back negative. it's really weird and my stomach feels uneasy.

i think i may have damaged something over july 4th. i finished a whole handle of vodka by myself in 4 days. 🙁😀
