Anyone have a big mouse?

I am wondering if anyone knows of a large, wide mouse to fit the hand better. I have large hands, and I can not stand pinching my mouse with thumb and pinky any longer! Is there anything out there at will get rid of my pain? :evil:

Growing from age 8-18 with computer games, my thumb and pinky are litterally curved in like when they pinch the mouse! I don't want arthritis. 🙁
