I orginally got the biggest bag I could find for school because I tend to carry around a lot. Well, I got in the habit of carrying around EVERYTHING even if I know I would never need it. Well, that abuse has taken it's toll on the bag and it has started to rip down the sides and the straps. Well, someone motivated me clean out all the sh!t and noticed I only use about 3 things, WELL under capicity for my bag. So I'm thinking about getting a messenger bag as I like those better, but have previously carried too much with me for it to be practical. I still however would like as much space as possible in a messenger bag form. So far, this has been the biggest I could find, but it's still only about half (I had a massive bag) as much space as my old one. I was just wondering if anyone had a bigger one than this.

why not grab a northface hotshot or something (backpack with padded straps) if you carry lots of stuff. most people use them like all empty, which is stupid

i used to go home once a week and then bring food and books back on campus, loading about 10-20 pounds of stuff on a 3-hour train ride. it made my life that much easier. those straps that dangle on the side are actually functional!

No, I'm required to have certian things every day. No exceptions. I got rid of everything else. Before, I was over using my 3000 (yes three thousand) cubic inch backpack.

agreed. If it doesen't fit in my pockets and is more complicated than a textbook and or notebook, I probably don't need it anyway
