Anyone have a ATI OEM Radeon 9000 Atlantis vivo?

Just curious, as it is really cheap, $78, over at Newegg.com. My main concern is what the card comes with though. I am mainly wanting to get it for DVD/VHS capture, hence the vivo, but I am new to all the terms and such. Like all the card comes with is an S Video cable. I can use my own A/V cables, but what about the video capture? Do I need special software? Is there a better card out there for a similar price? Like I said, I am new to this, thanks for any help.
