Anyone have 403's with AOL?

Just got a phone call from my mom at work.
They use aol for mail and she cant access the aol.com page (403 error).
All other comps can, just not hers.
I can get on but I can't ping it.
Anyone else having this problem, or any ideas?

maybe they finally turned off aol

i didn't know anybody was still using it

I couldn't believe that a doctor's office uses aol for mail. They dont even use them for internet!

Chances are they lost a DNS box somewhere. They will reroute and be back up soon.
